Christopher Bellamy

Chris is a professional saxophonist and guitarist from Virginia Beach, Virginia.  He majored in Music Education and Performance at Old Dominion University.  Chris is currently on tour with Grammy Award Artist, Zach Williams.  Chris has performed with many world renown artists such as Gladys Knight, Toni Tenille, Linda Ronstadt, Tommy Newsome, Bob Mintzer, and Jeremy Rosado.  He performed in the Virginia Symphony for 5 years.  Chris has toured and done session work for national recording artists, Jeremy Rosado (The Voice / Save The City Records), Jason Bare (Vital Worship / Daywind Records), Alisa Turner (Integrity Records), Jake & Laura (Taghouse Music), Kayla J. (Taghouse Music),  Mike Lee (Art of Scrap), and 0M-53 (independent). Chris has been teaching guitar and saxophone for over 18 years on staff at Norfolk Academy.  He is also on staff as Music Director at International Christian Church in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where he has been serving since 2007.  Chris is on the board of directors for the non-profit organization, The Church Collective.  He teaches at multiple conferences and workshops for worship musicians throughout the year including the National Worship Leader Conference, Sweetwater Worship Connect Conference, and the Identity Conference.  Chris works out of Nashville but calls Virginia Beach home with his wife, Susan, and their border collie, Sam.
